No Response From Developer

I paid for the full version of this app, but the HTTP and FTP sharing doesnt work for me.

Im fully aware of how to use it and am doing so according to instructions: I start the FTP and HTTP sharing server in the app, enter the app-provided IP and port number in a browser (or similarly enter the relevant info into an FTP app), and it just hangs.

I contacted the developer many days ago with detailed description of the problem, with no response from the developer.

Dear Developer Customer [Dis]service:

I want this working, or I want my money back.

I will update my review and star rating if you respond in a timely manner.
